| RULES AND PROSPECTUS |
- The discipline is gentle but firm. The students are under the constant guidance / supervision of the Sisters and the Management.
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities seeing to it that students participate in curricular and co-curricular activities.
- Parents are kept informed about their children's progress through reports given to the students. They are requested to sign these as a proof that they have seen it.
- Parents and guardians or any other person are forbidden to see the children or interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the authorities.
- Parents and guardians are requested to notify the school if there is change in student's address or telephone number.
- Parents wishing to discuss the progress of a child may see the principal during the visiting hours and days. Parents can see the teacher only after school in the waiting room.
- Suggestions for improvement of the school, students or any other matter should be addressed personally or by a signed letter to the Principal.
- Parents are not allowed to see the teachers during the examinations.

| DISCIPLINE RULES |
- Students are advised to wear the full school uniform including undergarments. Students not observing the school dress code will be suspended.
- Objectionable immoral behaviour will result in dismissal from the school.
- Students late for school will not be permitted to attend classes.
- Parents are requested to make sure that their children are in time for school. Latecomers will be fined Rs. 10/-.
- Students will have to repair for the damage of school property or pay for its replacement.
- Littering is strictly forbidden. Students should use the dustbins provided.
- Students are not allowed to wear any jewelry in school. A fine will be imposed for failure to observe the rule. School is not responsible for any loss.
- A fine may be imposed by the principal for any faults against irregularity or any discipline problems.

| ABSENCE |
- No leave of absence is granted except for a written application from the parents.
- Students absent for more than five days without a written application will have their names struck off from the school.
- The leave application should be submitted a day prior to the leave.

| PRIVATE TUITION |
- No teacher from the school staff may be hired as a private tutor unless the student obtains permission from the principal.
- Private tuition is strongly discouraged by the school administration.
- The school staff is not permitted to teach school students without the principal's permission.

| FEE PAYMENT |
The tuition fee should be paid on time, i.e. by the due date of the months April, July, October and January after which a fine will be imposed. The students will not be allowed to attend classes or appear in the monthly tests, if the fee dues are not cleared.
- All fees are to be paid quarterly by the due dates.
- Late fee of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged if payment is delayed beyond the due date.
- Delay of payment beyond two months renders a student liable to be struck off the register.
- If a student wishes to leave the school, she must give a notice before a month or pay the fee for one month.
- Student Fund and Examination fee are charged quarterly.
- An annual increment of 25% is subject to increase at the start of the school year.

| ASSESSMENTS |
- The academic year consists of four monthly tests, a Midterm exam and a Final / Promotion exam. It is compulsory for each student to appear in all assessments. These assessments are taken in the course of the academic year.
- Students absent for any monthly test or a Mid Term Exam, for any reason, will not be retested.
- Class tests are also given on a regular basis.
- The passing percentage for promotion to the next class is 50% per subject.
- The results of the assessment are shown individually on the report card, which is signed by the parents.
- The parent or guardian is regularly informed about the progress of their child through a written report or in a Parent Teacher meeting.
- The results of the assessments are final and will not be re-considered.
- Students failing in two or more subjects will not be promoted.
- Any student scoring less than 50% will have to be withdrawn from the school.
- Any student failing twice in the same class will be detained.
